Processing
Once an order is placed, you will receive a “Thank you” email. All Candles are made to order. Your candle will be made within 1-2 days of your order date. Once your candle is made, we will allow your candle to cure for about 48 – 72 hours, and then your candle order will be shipped. Please expect 5-7 business days for your candle to be made and cured.
Orders typically deliver within 2 to 7 business days from when we finish processing your order. Orders are shipped via USPS. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Once your order is shipped, and tracking numbers have been emailed, shipping is controlled by USPS and out of our control. If for any reason your order hasn’t arrived, please email getinfo@kisshajones.com.
Returns & Exchanges
The Jones Home values your support and satisfaction with our product. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for an exchange. For all exchanges, items must be in their original condition (NO EXCEPTIONS). Items that have been used will NOT be accepted. Please email me to discuss a return label at getinfo@kisshajones.com.
If your item(s) arrive broken in anyway, send us an email with a photo of the damages, and we can discuss getting you new items.
At this time, we DON’T currently offer any refunds.
